This is where my special guest, medical astrologer Kira Sutherland comes in. Kira is a Naturopath, Herbalist, Homeopath and Astrologer who combines astrology with her work in nutrition to really understand her clients and help them to reach their peak physical health. She also works mindfully with their chart to promote a healthy lifestyle tailored specifically to their natal charts and unique constitution.

I had a lot of fun catching up with Kira, she is such a fun and knowledgeable person and our conversation took us down some interesting rabbit holes discussing the many facets of medical astrology and how knowledge of this area of astrology can really benefit us and help us to work mindfully in-tune with our bodies.

She divides her time between clients, writing and lecturing on health, wellbeing, and medical astrology. Known for her vibrant, straight forward teaching style, Kira has lectured in Medical Astrology around the globe and has been in clinic practice for over 25 years.
